Agreement

By purchasing from BossKhaz Clones, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions, reach out before purchasing.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee that all clones will arrive alive and in healthy condition. Our plants are carefully packaged and shipped from Michigan with care. If your order arrives dead or in unsatisfactory condition, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the plants as received
• A photo of the shipping box and packaging

Upon verification, we will offer a replacement at our discretion. Claims made after 24 hours of confirmed delivery will not be eligible.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of live plant material and biosecurity concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges as a standard policy. All sales are final once shipped.

However, we handle every situation on a case by case basis. If something went wrong with your order, contact us and we'll do our best to make it right. We stand behind our products and want every customer to be satisfied.

To open a case, email bozzkhaz@outlook.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Shipping

All orders ship from Michigan. We use discreet, climate-appropriate packaging to protect plants during transit. Shipping times vary by destination but typically arrive within 2–3 business days once dispatched.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, extreme weather events, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Shopify checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your payment information.

Legal Compliance

It is the buyer's sole responsibility to know and comply with the laws in their state, county, and municipality regarding the purchase, possession, and cultivation of cannabis clones. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and that purchasing and possessing cannabis plant material is legal where you reside.

BossKhaz Clones is not liable for any legal issues arising from the purchase or possession of our products.
